Europe’s largest motorsport show returns to the NEC Birmingham between 12-15th January 2017. Featuring the fastest and most iconic cars, the biggest stars, the latest technology and innovations as well as incredible live wheel-to-wheel racing – Autosport International has it all.
The 2016 show was the largest for 10 years and plans are underway to make the 2017 show even bigger and better. We hope to see you there.
Oval Racing Section
The oval racing section of the Autosport International Show is confirmed to go ahead in 2017. As always, drivers will be revealing their brand new cars for the following season. On display there will be everything ranging from stock cars to Autograss including F1’s & F2’s, 2Ltr Saloons, 1300 Stock Cars, National Hot Rods, Superstox, 2L Hot Rods, Stock Rods, Minis, Ninja Karts, Micro F2s, Legends, Class 7’s, Class 10’s and many more formulae.
A stage and sound system will be erected as always with various entertainment taking place over the course of the weekend from driver interviews to dance acts.
We have a range of drivers booked in to show off their new cars with most wanting to remain anonymous, we will reveal some of the bookings in due course.
McGill Motorsport are offering free car entrance on their stand for any drivers with new cars. Theirs already over 50 drivers booked in. Entries are limited and will be capped – if you are building a car and want it on display, please contact [email protected] or visit www.mcgillmotorsport.com
Traders will as always be holding show special sales, so please bring your shopping lists & grab a bargain! McGill Motorsport are already confirmed to have a huge stand in Hall 10, along with other associations and parts suppliers.
The oval racing community understands the importance of merging with the rest of the Motorsport Industry at this event to attract new drivers and supporters to our type of racing.
One thing is for sure, if you don’t want to miss out on all the action and getting an initial insight into all the car builders’ latest developments for 2017, this is the place to be on the weekend of the 14th & 15th of January 2017.
